Simply Caskets

Our simple caskets have been efficiently designed to be used for direct cremation. Made from particle board/chipboard for strength with no wood veneer finish or moulding to keep them budget friendly. Particle board/chipboard is a wood product that is extruded from recycled wood chips. Most coffins are fitted with decorative plastic handles and wreath holders which are harmful to the environment when cremated. We only use rope handles. Our caskets are not finished with lacquer which has a high solvent and VOC content. All of our materials are locally sourced and FSC certified.
